Rental Rates through December 31, 2017 are as follows:

Alcohol. The cost of an open bar is based on consumption and is subject to an 18% gratuity and an aggregate 7% (Worcester 0.75% and Massachusetts 6.25%) sales tax on the total tab. For cash bars, there is a $175 set up fee, and $23 per hour for each bartender. For all bars, soft drinks are $1.50 each; beer and wine are $5.00 each; mixed drinks (other than martinis) are $6.00 each; and martinis are $7.00 each. Fees for wine are Tuckerman Hall’s cost for the wine plus a $21 per bottle corking fee. Fees for champagne are $2.00 per person. All such wine and champagne are subject to an 18% gratuity and an aggregate 7% (Worcester 0.75% and Massachusetts 6.25%) sales tax.
Deposits. A non-refundable $1,500 deposit is required to reserve a date for your event at Tuckerman Hall. The deposit will be credited toward the total fee. A second non-refundable deposit of one-third of the anticipated total fee is due 10 days before your reception date. The balance of all fees is due the day before your event. This will include an estimate of the cost for an open bar if your event has an open bar. A final settlement will occur at the conclusion of your event.
